Customer Success & Support – North America

Job description

  • Provide technical support for VuDrive – Jungo’s aftermarket product and cloud platform
  • Support VuDrive customers in the US
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues via email/phone
  • Open support tickets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate common & problems unique to the Product, R&D, and QA teams, and collect issue resolutions
  • Proactively follow pilots, and customer reports, find technical issues, and verify constant information flow to customers
  • Work closely with Customer Success team manager
  • Report to North America Head of Sales

Job Requirements

  • 1st degree student
  • English Primary fluency / bilingual proficiencyA MUST
  • Previous experience in Customer Support role – Advantage
  • A positive approach when interacting with customers is crucial
  • Proactive 
  • Tech oriented
  • Availability to work in USA market hours: Monday – Thursday 16:00- 24:00 (Israel time), Friday Flexible hours   

Job scope

  • Location: Hybrid
  • Suitable for students
  • Working from Israel on U.S. time (evening & night shifts + Fridays)
