Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to act as a bridge between our sales & business development team as well as the development team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong technical background, preferably in computer science or programming.
- Define product roadmap and timelines
- Facilitate communication between the sales/business team and development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on product goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize development tasks
- Lead meetings and discussions to promote consensus and understanding across teams
- Provide the sales/business team with product knowledge and technical expertise to enhance customer engagement
- Assist in planning and executing product launches and marketing initiatives
- Offer ongoing support and training to internal teams on product features and functionalities
- Develop and maintain documentation procedures, ensuring that all documents are written clearly and that team members adhere to these processes.
- Communicate with the customer success team to ensure that customers requirements,business goals and product’s roadmap are aligned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- +2 years of proven experience in product management or a related role
- Experience in product management of B2B products
- Experience in product management of multi-disciplinary products
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset (can-do attitude)
- Experience in the USA market and the automotive field
