VuDrive, a complete aftermarket solution for fleets, TSPs and insurance companies, providing camera-based driver monitoring, built on AI algorithms, providing road risk analysis, video recording and cloud services, running on affordable and easy to install hardware.
The Technical Support Specialist will be the Customer’s first line of support and will be responsible for resolving technical issues that derive from VuDrive usage.
The Technical support specialist will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, communicate common & unique issues to the Product, R&D and QA teams, and collect issues resolutions.
Working hours (Flexible):
In order to support customers from the US, Europe & Israel – working hours are flexible ( 5 hours a day ).
- Previous experience with Customer Service and/or Customer Success role- Must
- Technical Degree\ knowledge HW/ SW
- English: high level. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
